As Lutherans, we trust in God's abundant and overflowing love for this whole creation and all that is in it. Fed and nourished by this gift of grace, we do our part to share this love with everyone.
We also believe that no one has it all figured out. Martin Luther once said: “This life is not righteousness, but growth in righteousness, not health, but healing, not being but becoming, not rest but exercise. We are not yet what we shall be, but we are growing toward it, the process is not yet finished, but it is going on, this is not the end, but it is the road. All does not yet gleam in glory, but all is being purified.” This is why we gather in community to worship and pray. To support one another along the way.
St Peter's Lutheran Church, Brodhagen, rejoicing in God's abundant grace, extend a special welcome to all. We welcome everyone regardless of race, colour, gender, or sexual orientation.
We are part of the Eastern Synod within the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada (ELCIC). We are also in a full communion relationship with the Anglican Church of Canada.
